Quote from the scientist who used to work at the FDA in that video:
“This is the biggest development I’ve seen in the medical field in my five decades in public health and my three decades in the clinical trial field and medical devices.”
I think the most convincing thing to me, in that video, is at around 31:37. That is the part with the individual who used to work at the FDA and was involved in the approval or rejection of new medical devices and drugs. The part of the video that features him is one of the main reasons I was willing to look into this more and even try it.
Anecdotes

My Experience
I sleep on an Earthing mat now. My sleep immediately drastically improved once I did so. I know it is difficult for many people to understand or accept things like this especially since it has not hit mainstream medicine and science yet.
I didn’t really believe it myself at first, but I actually did a bunch of tests. I hooked up a volt meter and tested the voltage on my body earthed and not. I tested it in various places in my house. Then I spent some time just seeing how I felt when I was earthed or grounded for a while. It seemed like it helped me feel better.
Then finally I took a leap of faith and bought an earthing mat. Immediately the first night I felt like I slept so deeply. I also felt like I had very vivid dreams etc. I also had an Oura ring that registered a very high sleep and readiness score.
There are other things I have noticed about it that cause me to believe it is a real phenomenon that I’m not going to go into right now but that I might write about later.
